Degree Program Costs
- The cost of the programs varies depending on the number of transfer credits allowed from other Colleges and Universities into our program.
- The cost of our Bachelor’s Degree program is $150.00 per credit. Each course we offer is worth 3 credit hours. There is also an application fee of $50.00 and a graduation fee of $125.00. A Bachelor’s degree generally requires a total of 120 credits to complete. Books are additional and are approximately $50.00 - $75.00 per course. A down payment of approximately $450.00 is always required, including the registration fee of $75 and we offer interest-free payment plans. The lowest payment per month that we offer is approximately $250.00. We extend our payment plans out depending on the amount of credits you need to complete for the program of your choice. All monies must be paid before you can receive your degree.
- The cost of our Master’s program is $195.00 per credit hour. All of our Master's programs are 36 credits total. Each course is 3 credits. Books are approximately $100-200 per course. There is an application fee of $50.00 and a graduation fee of $150.00. The down payment required for this program is approximately $600.00 including the registration fee of $75.00. The lowest payment per month that we offer is approximately $270.00. We extend our payment plans out depending on the amount of credits you need to complete for the program of your choice. All monies must be paid before you can receive your degree.
- The cost of our Doctoral program is $195.00 per credit. We offer a Doctor of Ministry program which is 45 credits. There is an application fee of $50.00 and a graduation fee of $200.00. The down payment for this program is approximately $950.00 including the registration fee of $75. The lowest payment per month that we offer is approximately $275.00. There are two additional fees for the doctoral program: Doctoral Thesis Evaluation fee of $300.00 & Thesis Binding fee of $200.00. We extend our payment plans out depending on the amount of credits you need to complete for the program of your choice. All monies must be paid before you can receive your degree.

Individual course enrollments on www.visionolinelearning.org are non-refundable. Students may cancel a PayPal subscription directly at any time via PayPal. However, payments made up to the point of cancelation are non-refundable.

Interest Free (0%) Tuition Payment Plans
Full tuition is payable upon enrollment unless other arrangements are approved by the Business Office in advance. No student will be considered officially enrolled until satisfactory arrangements have been made. The University recognizes that in some instances a definite need for installment payments of tuition exists and, therefore, allows students to pay the tuition in installments, after making a required down payment. When time payments are desired, students are asked to discuss payment arrangements with the Business Office. In order to qualify for an installment payment agreement and begin a degree program, the student must make the required minimum down payment and agree to make monthly tuition payments. Tuition payments must be received each calendar month until tuition is paid in full or be subject to a late charge. Neither a diploma nor a transcript will be issued until the student’s obligation has been paid in full. All students must conform to their payment agreements.
Convenient financing of your education is available through Vision Managed Account (VMA), or through all major credit cards. Just complete the financial information form that will accompany your program.
Enrollment Agreement
Students are required to enter into an Enrollment Agreement with VIU upon entrance into the first class. The agreement is a contract signed by the student and a school official that gives information on costs, rights to cancel, and the refund policy.
